For Mentorship - Key Skills Required As Follows:
- Should work as a Mentor/Trainer for enhancing working skills of learners.
- Should have hands on working experience 15+ years in similar field.
- Should have strong hold in engineering discipline Interface & relevant codes and standards and design basis.
- Should have knowledge of Engineering Design of various Green Field/Brown Field Projects.
- Should have basic understanding of Procurement, Project management, Inspection, Testing, Site Work, Operating and Maintenance of upstream, Midstream and downstream industry.
- Should have capacity to increase & assess capabilities of learner as per actual working practices in Engineering Field and meeting Projects current and future requirements.
Training Expectation
Trainer is SIT representative and under his/her mentorship and with effective training, participants will enhance the technical skills and able to perform independently and confidently.
Categories Of Training Programmes :
- Full-time batch – One month
- Weekend batch – 3 Months (Only on Sunday)
- Corporate training – To GET or Advance level company employees as per client’s customize project needs.
